Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the slides and pools are fantastic for both kids and adults, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. On the other hand, the dining options left much to be desired, with some food served lukewarm and limited variety. Additionally, I felt that the service could be more inclusive, as there seemed to be a noticeable difference in treatment based on nationality. Overall, while there are positive aspects, I wouldn’t say it’s a great fit for everyone.
I had a fantastic week at the hotel, enjoying a range of amenities and activities that kept us entertained. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, while the dining options provided plenty of delicious meals every day. One downside was that the reception staff could use a bit more training in customer service, but overall, we were more than satisfied with our stay. The beach nearby was a bit pebbly, which wasn't ideal for lounging, but the pools were great for relaxation.
We had a great family holiday at Zoraida Park, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good-sized pools and beach. The kids absolutely loved the pirate ship water play area! However, we found the dining options a bit hit-or-miss, particularly the buffet dinner, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. The room's air conditioning was quite noisy, which made for uncomfortable nights, but overall, the experience was fun and enjoyable.
We had a great time at Zoraida Park! The resort is clean, family-friendly, and offers plenty of food options. While the location is a bit secluded, the nearby beach and local amenities made up for it. The downside was the size of the rooms which felt a little cramped, but overall, it was a memorable experience, especially for the kids.
The hotel offers a fantastic family-friendly experience with enjoyable pools and a great selection of food. However, while the children's splash area is a hit, the food quality and variety, especially at breakfast, can be improved. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for families, but the dining experience may not meet everyone's expectations.
